Dorset Outdoors lists all the top outdoor activities and courses available in Dorset, we will also organise and book these for you. If you’re looking for a new sport to try or need some help organising a stag or hen activity day, Dorset Outdoors can help.
You can select from any of our extensive list of activities on our website or can contact us and we will organise a full tailor made package of activities to suit your requirements.
Dorset Outdoors also provides a specialised booking service for schools and corporate events, we are able to organise and book full D of E courses, School summer camps, Junior Achievement Awards and organise a tailored residential activity weekend for corporations of up to 120 people.
Organising and booking outdoor activities and courses couldn’t be easier with Dorset Outdoors.
There are two main ways to book activities with Dorset Outdoors:
Please search through the vast range of outdoor activities and courses available to buy on Dorset Outdoors, select your chosen activity, and proceed to the secure checkout. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail to confirm your purchase. You can then contact us at a convenient time for you to discuss the time and date you would like to participate in the activity. We will then book the activity in with our provider and send you a final confirmation, outlining all activity and location details.
We will also be on hand at any time to answer any queries about the activities and courses.

*You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of placing the booking and will receive a full refund.

*After this time, you can cancel your activity up to 3 weeks before the participation date and you will receive a voucher to the cost of the activity, for you to rebook it any a suitable time.

*Dorset Outdoors will inform the customer of any equipment that you will require for the activity or course, however the majority of activity providers will supply equipment. We will also make you aware of all the equipment that will be supplied by the activity provider.

*Dorset Outdoors will inform the customer of any age restrictions at the time of booking.

*Tuition will be given by all activity providers during the activity.

*Dorset Outdoors offer a unique booking service, please contact us directly for any booking enquiries.

*If our activity provider has to postpone or cancel your activity or course, due to adverse weather conditions then a voucher to the total cost will be issued to you, enabling you to re book the activity or course within 12 months.

*For activities that the customer purchases directly on the website, the customer will have up to 6 months to book in a time and date to participate in this activity or course.

*Each activity provider recognises some physical activities, in rare circumstances, may course a risk of personal injury. Each activity provider takes all responsible steps to limit these risks. However participants should be aware and accept responsibility for their own actions and involvement in the activity or course. It the participants choice as to whether they take out personal accident insurance.

*Failure to pay Dorset Outdoors, in full, for your activity or course within 48 hours of receiving your invoice is likely to lead to the booking being cancelled. This is because Dorset Outdoors would be unable to secure the booking and payment with the activity provider.
